Maximum Power, Middle East Legacy: Introducing the New Patrol NISMO

Patrol NISMO 2025

Nissan Motor unveiled the new Patrol NISMO, which now boasts the highest output in Patrol’s history—495 horsepower.

This model was developed to meet the demands of customers in the Middle East, where sales are scheduled to begin in July.

The new Patrol NISMO is a version of the Patrol tuned by NISMO, Nissan’s high-performance brand born from the company’s motorsports activities. It combines the rugged power of an SUV with advanced technologies derived from the racetrack.

Currently, the Middle Eastern market offers Nissan’s flagship Patrol as well as the more rugged Patrol PRO-4X. By adding the motorsport-inspired Patrol NISMO, the company now provides customers with an even broader selection.

The new Patrol NISMO is equipped with a 3.5-liter VR35DDTT V6 twin-turbo engine, specially tuned by NISMO to deliver a maximum output of 495 HP at 5600 rpm and maximum torque of 700 Nm at 3600 rpm.

This engine, manufactured at Nissan’s Iwaki Plant, features a red engine cover and an exclusive NISMO metal badge. Paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and paddle shifters, specially calibrated for the high-output engine, the vehicle delivers a dynamic driving experience both on straight roads and in mountainous terrain.

Additionally, the newly designed front bumper enhances brake cooling performance, reducing disc temperature by up to 6%, ensuring stable braking even under heavy load conditions. The rear aerodynamic diffuser not only adds a bold appearance but also improves aerodynamic performance, enhancing stability and handling during high-speed driving.

Furthermore, the exterior delivers exceptional aerodynamic performance and is instantly recognizable as a NISMO. The front features a V-motion grille designed with vertical and horizontal lines and a 3D honeycomb mesh to optimize airflow to the radiator. Air curtains on both sides of the front bumper and canard-style front spoilers manage airflow, reduce drag, and create downforce.
